@ TR1

What would the maximum capacity of the Star shipyard - Zverda be if the planned 40,000 tonne capacity transfer dock were to be replaced with a higher capacity one (are there limits imposed by the shipyards foundations)?

Kalibr launches, slow mo.

@ Freddy:

Are you curious about Zvezda's carrier building abilities? I don't think we will see it building anything military for a decade plus (in the new facilities), so I have not been following it too closely. IDK.

New large dock to be built at star shipyards? From Austin's link above (post #1694)

But if, for example, apart from the economic component, we can even now build ships up to 500 meters long. To do this, there is the possibility - tricky docking technology on the water. Similarly, we have built a helicopter type "Mistral" at the Baltic Shipyard.
Of course, it will be more convenient to construct this kind of product, having a large dry dock. To be built at the "Star". We continue to modernize our shipyards to receive universal-built space, which can be used for naval shipbuilding and civil.

Yes and if they are planning to build a new large dock at star first then a decade plus seems likely as well.

The development of a sea facility designed to test the air-independent propulsion unit for diesel-electric submarines will begin this year, President of Russia’s United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC) Alexei Rakhmanov told TASS.

The first 20385 is finally close to being launched, though I wonder how long the integrated mast will take to fit out:
