Unless somebody has signed a check, then i won't believe this thing will make it off the drawing board.
By the way, are you certain about the Saunders-Roe P.70, i googled it and nothing came up, can you provide a link? :)

I still fail to see a market though.
Perhaps countries like Malaysia, Indonesia or the Philippines where there is a need to tie their various landmasses together with a fast and more cost-effective method than currently available.

Correction. That should be Saunders-Roe P.192, not 70. My apologies.
