Nice work :)
Got quoted $600 to get this printed off in one piece.Found a program online that can slice models apart so did it myself for less than $100.

Bump. It would be good to see some updates to this thread.
Spit frame 8 has been mentioned. Excuse my ignorance (more used to looking at Oxfords and Wellingtons) - is frame 8 particuarly complicated? Does anyone have any photos or drawings of it they can post? I'm looking for things one of my under-employed engineers could make.

Hello Mark,
Frame 8 isn't hugely complicated, depending of course on how complicated you want to make it!! 2 main pressings, a bunch of angled pieces, and a nice thicker top section...plus a few bags of different rivets. Makes it sounds easy I appreciate.

Doubt there is much of a market for these.
Mk.I Horsa pilots control wheel assembly. Took a bit of work as we had no drawings and I had to derive it all from photos and descriptions.

I am looking at having some of my project components powder coated, does anyone here know what colour best matches the RAF interior green.
At the moment RAL 6011 looks to be the one to go for...
https://www.ralcolorchart.com/ral-6011-reseda-green
Obviously until I see the finished coating I can't be sure.
What paint do you chaps use?
Regards,
Krupi

Thanks Jason, unfortunately there is no equivalent RAL.
http://surfacetechonline.com/ral-colour-charts
From that website RAL 6011 looks pretty damn close.

Just a high sheetmetal parts count...F11,s worse with F9 not too far behind with its curved hatsections...
