The agreements at Sydney and Melbourne airports include ground and freight handling services
Global aviation logistics specialists, Menzies has announced its new cargo contracts with United Airlines at Sydney and Melbourne Airports, as well as a renewal of ground handling services with the carrier at both hubs.
“We are proud to see our relationship with United Airlines go from strength to strength, as a key customer for Menzies not only in Australia but globally,” said Alistair Reid, executive vice president, Oceania and South East Asia. “The Menzies teams at Melbourne and Sydney have provided a consistently excellent service over the past 14 years, which has laid the groundwork for our new cargo agreements. We’re looking forward to commencing our cargo services for United and growing this successful partnership”.
This new arrangement means that the firm now provides these amenities to the airline across its entire Australian network – representing significant growth.
The contract begins at the end of this month and is set to continue over the next three years.
Menzies’ relationship with United has now expanded across 40 airports worldwide.
