Hello

Does anyone have a Su 22 M4 cockpit layout diagram they could post here or email to me, preference would be with the key in English although I could probably get it translated if in another language.

Thanks Paul

These som pics

just add info, on the photos are Czech Su-22M4´s cocpits - the cockpit with TV set is fighter-attack version of the 20. sbopl from Náměšť nad Oslavou AB and the second without that is figter-attack-reconnaissance version of the 47. pzlp from Hradec Králové AB.

Hello Everyone

Thanks for all the awesome photos, does anyone have a diagram that explains what each instrument, switch, indicator light etc actually is. A bit like the very first pic from Tango III but with some sort of description.

Cheers Paul

Try this - http://img525.imageshack.us/img525/7102/su22m4fitter047of145.th.jpg. All instruments are pretty obvious, if not - ask about specific one.

Could any one tell me what the top-right component (above the TV screen in the Angolan Su-22M-4 cockpit) is? I don't know what its function is as we see it in some Su-22M3/4 cockpit but other ones. Thank you!

it´s gunsight´s photocamera if I am not wrong it´s SŠ-45-1-100-0C type (same used in later MiG-21, Mi-24V and more ("photomachinegun" called in russian language).

I'm resurrecting an old thread here but have another question. Is there a fuel contents gauge anywhere?? I can't seem to see one so how does the pilot know how much fuel is left?

Thanks Paul

Follow the link above and to the right of the stick there`s an indicator with a yellow filled circle in the middle. That`s the fuel meter.

Hi Press

Thanks for that, I had assumed that gauge was a fuel flow meter but now I look closer it says x1000 kg so is obviously fuel contents. Do you know what the 2 arms in the gauge are for?
