We always hear how Battle of Britain pilots rushed to retro fit their aircraft with rear view mirrors but try as I might I am unable to find any pictures of Luftwaffe aircraft fitted with them.
Begs the question why the Germans didn't think them important, see the need for them or bothered to fit them?

That would be great to see, would be interesting to see the rear view bracket as i would like to fabricate something similar for my mirror.
