What are they doing with the Hercs being chopped at Bruntingthorpe ? Are they saving any big chunks off them ?

One would be nice to have.
Seats, wheels and panels up front so you can sit there and make aeroplane noises, plus bunks in the back for an overnight stay. Even a place for a microwave and drink dispenser.

A fun tree house without the tree.

It would cost more than 3,000euros to get it back here.

That is one big lump.

Checked with the seller and it's believed to be C-130A formerly A97-216 which was with OGMA as N216CR. (and no I can't afford the shipping!)

It now seems unlikely that this is the former A97-216 as advised by the seller. It is more likely C-130A 9J-BTM c/n 3095.
