Yes I haven't been able to access it for two days now.

Maybe they haven't paid their bills, or has the input from RIAT caused it to wobble!

UKAR can stand for different things, such as: UK Airshow Review, a website and forum for aviation enthusiasts and photographers. This will be explained more clearly at https://www.ukar.co.uk/
