Couldn't find anything new, only an earlier photo of the seaplane being constructed.

Mr. Zachary Dobrev from Sozopol, Bulgaria, tried to home-produce a seaplane. He is the bald-headed older gentleman in the first picture. I would like to know if he made any progress since, and, I admit, I long to see this thing fly. Has, by incident, anybody been there and visited him?
The second picture is from the Geo Pavlov account in the Flickr Seaplanes Pool. It was made in 2009. I did not store the source of the first picture and could not retrieve it either. The second picture also drastically shows the real function of strings in a biplane.
Thank you for being interested + for any answer!
