Orbx has released Cityscape Honolulu for Prepar3D version 4.
The package is a complete cityscape and mini-region, covering Honolulu city along with major landmarks such as Diamond Head, Waikiki, Ford Island, Pearl City and Pearl Harbor. Several museums and historical sites, including US Navy ships in the harbour, such as USS Missouri, USS Bowfin and USS Arizona Memorial, have been modelled in detail.
The entire island of Oahu features replacement geodata with accurate mesh, bathymetry, custom landclass, accurate coastlines and detailed water. Scenic locations including the Ko’olau Range, the towns of the North Shore, Kaneohe Bay and the beaches at Kailua and Waimanalo are all recreated in detail.
More than 23,000 custom buildings feature accurate location and height data, including 60+ points of interest with PBR textures and hand-placed vegetation based on local flora. Orbx has also improved all eight airfields on the island along with several helipads.
