Located in the Florida Keys, Naval Air Station Key West is home to the Fighter Composite Squadron 111 operating F-5N Tigers and Strike Fighter Squadron 106 F/A-18 Super Hornets. 

The scenery for Microsoft Flight Simulator depicts NAS Key West between 2005 and 2010. It features an accurate airport layout, including the aprons and taxiways with weathering effects, accurately modelled buildings and vegetation with photorealistic textures.

Both NAS Key West North heliport and US Coast Guard Station Key West are modelled with dedicated LZ and civilian landing zones around Key West for civilian and military operations.
