-Good stuff Iwan. It seems that your experimenting with night photography really pays off!

-Thanks Arthur,
You're right, it is nice to try night photography. Unfortunately we don't get many opportunities in this branch. Most often our hosts have to put in overtime to help us out, which make it even more difficult. Hopefully my current photos will convince future hosts to help me out again.
Cheers,
Iwan

-I don't know how you make your requests, but couldn't you specifically ask for an operational basevisit during night flying? Most, if not all, countries do that anyway. I don't think you'll be a bigger hassle during the day or during the night.
Besides, i have yet to see a good photo of a 'cone of light' coming out of an aircraft's landing lights (or even a 'pillar of light' in case of the Su-25, before it's landing lights swivvel forward). Perhaps it's a nice mission for you to catch one of those? You definately got the skills and gear for it.

-Great shots! But give me both a jealous and a sad feeling... hate to see the Viggen dissappear.
